This Week’s Featured Message: The 15-Minute Project Reset
We’re one month into the year.
Which means two things are already true:
At least one project schedule already feels… optimistic.
At least one process is being held together by spreadsheets and good intentions.
So instead of another big goal, here’s something you can actually do today:
Try the 15-Minute Project Reset
Set a timer and knock out these three quick wins:
1️⃣ Check the schedule (without panic) Open your project schedule. Ask: Do these dates still reflect reality… or just hope? If it’s a little off, congrats—you caught it early.
2️⃣ Follow one stakeholder Pick one key stakeholder and trace their journey this month: What did they need? What did they wait on? Where did things get stuck?
You’ll learn more in 5 minutes than in most status meetings.
3️⃣ Kill one manual step If you’re copying the same update into three tools… that’s your sign. Automation exists. You deserve better.
Small reset. Better flow. Fewer “surprise” conversations.
You’ve got this.
